If you’re new to Ivins, WELCOME!  You will soon discover there is something special about living beside the Big Red Mountain.  You’re invited to visit us at 55 N Main to apply for service, or give us a call at 435-628-0606.

The utility services provided include water, sewer and storm drain, along with garbage and recycling collection.

Applying for Water Service:

Homeowners are to submit a completed Water Service Application along with a $200 water deposit.  The deposit is credited to your account after 12 consecutive on-time payments or when you sell your home—whichever comes first.  Residents using Kayenta Water do not need to submit a Water Service Application or deposit; however, please contact us to begin the services that pertain to your home.  Referring to the Welcome Packet will be an asset as you transition into our beautiful community.

On the left-hand menu you will find forms, documents and links to ensure your smooth transition into our community.

Notice for Rental Properties:

Ivins City utility accounts remain in the homeowner’s name, however, Ivins City will send renters a copy of their monthly utility bills with the homeowner’s consent.  The homeowner, or a legal representative of a property management company, is asked to complete and submit the Release & Consent Form each time a new tenant occupies the property.  Renters will certainly find the Welcome Packet to be useful.

Other Utility Providers:

Electricity is provided by Rocky Mountain Power and can be reached at 888-221-7070.

Natural gas is provided by Questar Gas and can be reached at 800-323-5517.
