Ivins City has a fund set up called the Good Samaritan Fund where citizens have kindly donated money to help with Very Low Income families within the SAA. (See guidelines below for qualifications).

We at Ivins City are very pleased to present to our customers this convenient and quick way to pay your bill and access account history.

Would you like to pay your utility bill automatically each month through our direct pay program? You"ll never have to worry about making a payment again. Through direct pay, your payment will automatically be processed on the 19th of every month and you will never have to worry about writing a check and mailing it in before the due date.

Utility Rates
UTILITY RATES
$77.13 is the monthly flat rate fee for water, sewer, garbage and storm drain services. You are then billed on actual water usage, based on the rate chart below. The usage rate is graduated to encourage water conservation.
Water Utility Questions
My utility bill is much higher than it should be. I couldn’t have used that much water. What happened?
Often an expected spike in usage appears starting in March as outside watering is increased. Also those that have a pool or hot tub often experience an increase in usage in this same time period.
Utility Account Information
BILLING CYCLE – UTILITY SERVICE
Your utility service is billed on the first business day of each month for the prior month’s services. Payments are always due by the 20th (no exceptions). There is a 5% late penalty on the balance for payments received after the 20th.
WATER DEPOSIT
Please keep in mind the deposit is credited to your account after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Direct Pay Direct Pay automatically deducts the amount of your utility bill from your bank account on approximately the 20th of each month. Forms are available online HERE and at City Hall.
